The shortest route to Point Lenana — steep, fast, and budget-friendly.
Naro Moru is the fastest and cheapest way to summit Point Lenana. The ascent through the notorious 'Vertical Bog' and onto Mackinder's Camp takes a single long day. Excellent for acclimatised trekkers tight on time, though the steep descent is hard on knees.
Not recommended as a first high-altitude trek — consider the Sirimon route instead.
